Terms and Conditions of Use

Owner and Operator: This application, Tally, is owned and operated by Investgrid sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Reformacka 23B/1, 80-808 Gdańsk, Poland.

1. General Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Tally application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
  • By using the Application, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms apply to all users in the European Union and the United States.

2. Purpose of the Application

  • The Application is designed to help users track expenses and manage budgets effectively.
  • The Application provides insights into spending habits but does not offer financial advice.

3. Registration and Account

  • To access the Application, users must create an account by providing a valid email address.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • The email address provided will be used for account management purposes, such as password recovery and occasional marketing communications (no more than once per quarter).

4. Payment, Trial Period, and Refunds

  • The Application requires payment to maintain access beyond the free trial period.
  • New users are granted a two-week free trial upon registration. After the trial, access requires an annual fee.
  • Payments are processed via Paddle, which also issues invoices to users.
  • We do not accept refunds, given user is provided with the trial period.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

  • The Application processes the following personal data:
    • Email address (required for account creation and communication).
  • The Application does not store detailed historical data. Individual expenses are deleted at the end of each calendar month, and only summary results are retained.
  • Data processing is conducted in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws in the EU and the US.

6. Age Restrictions

  • The Application is available to users of all ages.
  • Users under the age of 18 should obtain consent from a parent or guardian before registering.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • The Application is provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Investgrid sp. z o.o. is not responsible for financial decisions made based on the information provided by the Application.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Users are prohibited from using the Application for illegal activities.
  • Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the Application without written consent from Investgrid sp. z o.o.

9. Amendments to the Terms

  • Investgrid sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
  • Continued use of the Application after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
